The project involves interventions aimed at improving the cultural and tourist offering of the area, through the enhancement of local heritage and the development of innovative services for visitors and residents.

Project description
The project proposal includes:
- the conversion of an apprentice into a permanent employment contract, creating a new permanent work unit (ULA);
- the creation of new services for the local tourism supply chain;
- an increase in catering activity, adding 48 outdoor covers, partly within a bioclimatic pergola;
- the introduction of a new guest room service on the first floor of the building that also houses the restaurant, with two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms (the restaurant naturally also allows breakfast, half-board and full-board services to be offered to guests).
From an environmental impact perspective, the project involves replacing part of the kitchen equipment with equivalent latest-generation equipment with energy and water consumption reduced to the minimum currently allowed by market technology.
The proposed initiative is fully in line with the development policy outlined by the Municipality of Pietralunga through the village enhancement project, itself also funded by the PNRR.
